.NET is a social platform operated by Willing Ways. We are committed to protecting children and preventing all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our services. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that harms or endangers children.

If you have questions about these standards, you can contact us at:
Email: support@willingways.net

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

.NET does not allow, under any circumstances:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

  • Any sexualized content involving minors

  • Content that sexually exploits, harms, or endangers children

  • Grooming or attempts to build inappropriate relationships with minors

  • Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM or similar illegal content

Any account involved in creating, sharing, requesting, or supporting such content will be immediately suspended or banned, and may be reported to relevant law-enforcement authorities and child protection organizations where required by law.

2. Who May Use .NET

  • .NET is intended for users who are at least 13 years old (or older if required by local law).

  • We do not knowingly allow children under the minimum age to create an account.

  • If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under the minimum age, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the account.

Parents or guardians who believe that a child under the minimum age is using .NET can contact us at support@willingways.net so we can review and take action.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

On .NET, it is strictly prohibited to:

  • Post or share images, videos, or text involving nudity or sexual activity of minors

  • Sexualize children through comments, captions, or edited images

  • Encourage or request minors to share intimate or exploitative content

  • Use the platform to groom, threaten, extort, or coerce minors

  • Contact minors for sexual purposes or inappropriate relationships

  • Promote, praise, or attempt to normalize CSAE in any form

We may remove content and disable accounts that violate these rules, even if no criminal law has yet been broken, where we believe there is a risk to child safety.

4. Detection, Moderation, and Enforcement

To help keep .NET safe, we may use a combination of:

  • User reports

  • Automated signals and safety tools

  • Manual review by our moderation team

When a violation is detected, we may:

  • Remove the violating content

  • Temporarily suspend or permanently ban user accounts

  • Restrict certain features for accounts under review

  • Report suspected CSAM and relevant information to appropriate authorities, where legally required

We may also preserve evidence where necessary to comply with legal obligations.

5. How Users Can Report Child Safety Concerns

We encourage all users to help keep .NET safe.

You can report content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation by:

  1. Using the in-app reporting tools where available (for posts, profiles, messages, or comments), or

  2. Contacting us by email at support@willingways.net with:

    • A link to the profile, post, or message

    • A brief description of the concern

    • Any screenshots if it is safe and legal to share them in your region

We review urgent child safety reports as a priority and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.

6. Cooperation with Authorities and Organizations

Where required by applicable law, we may:

  • Report CSAM and related information to relevant regional or national authorities

  • Cooperate with law-enforcement requests, following legal due process

  • Work with trusted organizations that combat online child sexual exploitation

Our goal is to support investigations and help protect victims while respecting legal and privacy obligations.

7. Protecting Children on .NET

We aim to reduce risks to minors by:

  • Prohibiting CSAE content and grooming behavior

  • Providing tools to block and report abusive users

  • Enforcing our community guidelines consistently

  • Removing accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate child safety rules

We encourage parents and guardians to:

  • Talk to children about safe online behavior

8. Data Protection and Privacy
