Laiba Anees is a Clinical Psychologist at Willing Ways, Lahore. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) and a BS (Hons) in Psychology from Government College University (GCU), Lahore. During her two years of clinical training, she completed child, adult, and community placements at the Social Welfare Complex, Baham Foundation, Mayo Hospital, and Forman Christian College.
Along with her interest in clinical work, Laiba has a strong passion for research. She developed Pakistan’s first psychometric tool on Imposter Syndrome. She also conducted a qualitative study on Gender Identity Development in Nonbinary and Queer Identities in Pakistan. Her clinical expertise lies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Informed Care.
